Responsibilities

• Prepare the company's expense plans and monthly forecasts
• Accurately update systems to actual results, forecasts, and budgets
• Analyze and provide commentary on variances
• Communicate with vendors and ensure on‑time processing of vendor allowances
• Ensure compliance with internal and external accounting standards and financial policies
• Lead, manage, support, and provide direction to all staff within the department
• Develop and execute an annual strategic plan
• Collect, measure, and monitor data related to the overall effectiveness of the department
• Develop and implement new processes and procedures, as needed to support changing business demands

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
