Responsibilities If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team as a Financial Litigation Technician with the United States Attorney's Office in the Eastern District of Virginia. Typical work assignments will include: Developing, analyzing and evaluating information regarding financial assets to ascertain the true nature of debtors present and future potential ability to pay their judgment debt. Initiating contact with debtors concerning payment of their obligations, their ability to pay, and negotiating written payment schedules to assure successful collection of debts.
