Biz Latin Hub **is now a part of Vistra!**Experience progress without friction.The Finance Manager will report directly to the **Program Director in Peru** and work closely with both local colleagues and the global finance team at headquarters.#### Key Responsibilities**Financial Management & Reporting*** Prepare financial analyses, forecasts, and management reports.* Ensure compliance with donor requirements, internal policies, and accounting standards (GAAP).* Monitor cash flow and support strategic financial decision-making.**Accounting & Financial Operations*** Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of transactions.* Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.* Manage monthly financial closing and bank reconciliations.**Budgeting & Planning*** Lead the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and forecasts.* Ensure accurate allocation of project budgets and donor funding.* Support financial planning for new funding opportunities.**Audit & Com...
