As our Financial Planning Specialist , you’ll lead financial planning, performance management, and strategic support for a group of countries by delivering strong business insights, driving operational excellence across key financial metrics, and fostering cross‑functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long‑term strategic planning processes.
- Deliver performance insights across all KPIs (Volume, Net Sales & Operating Profit, Cash & Working Capital).
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Logistics to drive profitability and commercial success.
- Support business cases, pricing strategies, and innovation initiatives.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and monthly performance packs for leadership.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and best‑in‑class financial reporting.
