Financial Reporting Manager
Our client is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to join their team. This multifaceted role offers exposure to real estate, industrial operations, and diversified investments. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, leadership in full-cycle accounting, and the ability to manage complex reporting requirements across multiple entities.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:
Review and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual property financial statements prepared by property managers. Ensure accuracy of rent rolls, recoveries, capital expenditures, and leasing costs. Work closely with asset managers and property managers to provide financial insight and variance analysis.
