Financial Reporting Manager in Real Estate

Our Client is on the lookout for a seasoned Manager of Financial Reporting for an 18-month contract. This role demands expertise in financial reporting and compliance with GAAP/IFRS across multi-asset portfolios, ensuring accuracy and governance standards are met. Your ability to analyze KPIs and manage audits will enable strategic financial insights for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead financial reporting for multi-entity portfolios
• Ensure compliance with Oxford standards and accounting frameworks
• Oversee month-end closes and audits
• Provide insights on trends and financial risks
• Support acquisitions, dispositions, and asset onboarding
Requirements:
• CPA designation and a degree in Commerce, Business, or Accounting
