Role Description

This full-time, on-site Financial Services Representative role is based in Flin Flon, MB. The role involves advising members on suitable financial products such as savings accounts, loans, lines of credit, and mortgages while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The representative will conduct basic financial needs assessments, prepare documentation for lending services and support creditor insurance sales and investment referrals. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records, resolving member issues promptly, and contributing to branch service and sales goals in a professional, member-centric manner.
