Finishing Adjuster Level 0

The Finishing Adjuster is responsible for the setup and efficient operation of the gluer, ensuring conformance to all Health and Safety policies and general housekeeping standards while meeting or exceeding production, efficiency, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Verify customer specifications for each product using computer system
• Set up equipment for product according to customer specifications
• Assist and train operators in set up and operation of equipment
• Perform troubleshooting and minor maintenance on finishing equipment
• Drive root‑cause analysis to machine problems, recommend solutions, and be active in problem‑solving events such as Kaizen
• Be knowledgeable of finishing lockout procedures
• Complete quality checks to ensure only conforming product is being produced
• Record all production data in Production Manager (PM) (output, downtime, etc.)
