We are currently seeking a Firewall-Palo - Network Security Sr. Specialist Advisor to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
The Network Security Senior Specialist Advisor would work on Requests, Changes, Incidents and Problem records to support our customers’ network security environment.
Implement Network Security solutions and provide operational support in a customer environment.
Support Palo Alto, Prisma SASE solution, F5, AWS networking and R&S.
Will provide technical escalation to L2 support engineers.
Provide On-call support for high severity incidents in a 24x7 environment.
Detect security issues, create customer tickets, and manage problems ...
