The Fitness Class Instructor reports to the General Manager and ensures a best‑in‑class fitness class experience for members through engaging and high‑quality fitness classes. The role also involves achieving member retention and satisfaction, executing company policies, procedures and programs, and exemplifying the company’s culture and values.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time to welcome fitness class participants and answer questions; begin and end fitness classes on time.
• Clean all equipment and shared touchpoints before and after each class, and instruct participants to clean any equipment they use.
• Conduct fitness classes as per the designated format and meet participants’ needs by modifying exercises as required.
