Become the Fleet Detailing Manager at Whitehorse Motors, overseeing all vehicle detailing operations to meet company standards. Manage staff and ensure quality control daily.
This role involves leading the washbay staff and ensuring that all vehicles are detailed to the highest cleanliness and presentation standards. You will create staff schedules, train new employees on safety and detailing procedures, and monitor the productivity of operations daily. Quality inspection and coordination with the operations team will also be a critical part of your responsibilities.
