Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $120,000.00 Annually

About the Position

The role focuses on driving sales performance across new and pre‑owned vehicles. Responsibilities include leading from the sales floor, coaching the sales team, maximizing showroom traffic, converting appointments into sold units, managing CRM activity, supporting marketing initiatives, maintaining compliance and safety standards, and contributing to financial performance and team development.
