We are looking for a FLOOR MANAGER to join our FOH team!!!

TheFLOOR MANAGER is responsible for helping the restaurant meet service, sales and profit objectives, along with supervising and directing daily work activities. Reporting to the General Manager, theFLOOR MANAGER assists with maintaining strong customer loyalty and public relations within the community and ensuring that guests have a positive and memorable experience, each time they visit the restaurant.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant and make decisions on matters of importance to guest service


• Recruit, train, orient Front of House staff; oversee continual training and performance management
