About the Role

If you’re the most capable person in any room you walk into — and people naturally orient to you without you having to ask for it — this is your role. Metalex is hiring a Foam Panel Plant Lead Operator at our Stettler manufacturing facility. You’ll be the most senior person on the plant floor: hands-on in production, setting the pace, and making sure the team and the plan are always aligned.

Your role is coordination and communication. You keep the team aligned on the plan, maintain quality and output through every step of production, and serve as the primary link between the floor and the Foam Panel Systems Coordinator. You stay on top of everything happening in the plant — catching issues early, making the call to pause or redirect when needed, and keeping the Coordinator informed on anything that goes beyond the floor.
