Job Description
The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the F&B operations. The duties include ordering inventory, inventory controls budgeting, and cash handling, provide direct guest, staff and management interface with regards to the Restaurant/Lounge and Banquets operations. The Supervisor is responsible to work directly with the Associates using a hands‑on approach of management. The Supervisor is required to maintain a flexible schedule and be available to work shift work including evenings, weekends and holidays and provide leadership in service and innovation while providing a working environment that fosters career growth and development for our team members.
