**A little taste of your day to day**

+ Leading by example providing exceptional service in line with Holiday Inn Brand Standards throughout Rosana Bistro and Bar, Room Service, Conference and Events.
+ Ensure proper setup, execution, and breakdown of conference and event spaces, including catering and beverage services tailored to client banquet event order specifications.
+ Coaching, mentoring and training colleagues whilst leading and coordinating the operational outlets.
