Localized Forklift Service Engineer

The position will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and after-sales service for forklifts and warehouse equipment within the assigned region.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in forklift or construction machinery maintenance, strong technical knowledge, and a customer-oriented mindset.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• Provide on-site technical support and respond promptly to customer service requests.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine equipment inspections.
• Prepare technical service reports and maintenance documentation.
• Maintain tools, spare parts, and service records accurately.
• Identify common equipment issues and provide improvement recommendations based on local market needs.
