As a Forklift Team Coordinator, you will oversee team dynamics while operating a stand-up counterbalance forklift. Your duties will include loading, unloading, and assessing team performance. You will also handle administrative tasks, facilitate training, and ensure safety compliance during your shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate counterbalance forklift 60–80% of the shift
• Load/unload trailers and assist case picking
• Lead training programs for new hires
• Assume responsibility for the shift in absence of supervision
