Fpso Delivery Lead

OverviewAirswift is seeking an experienced FPSO Delivery Lead to join a major offshore development project based in Mexico City, supporting the delivery of a critical FPSO asset from FEED through EPC(I) and offshore installation phases.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the main Company interface with FPSO FEED and EPC(I) contractors.Lead and coordinate FPSO engineering and delivery teams.Ensure contractor performance aligns with project schedule, KPIs and quality standards.Manage interfaces with SURF and WHP contractors to ensure schedule and technical alignment.Provide leadership on HSEQ matters and act as a role model for contractors.Support contract administration, change management, claims, NCRs, and technical queries.Participate in risk workshops, identifying and mitigating project risks.Ensure lessons learned are captured and incorporated.Travel to contractor yards, work sites and offshore locations as required.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineer...
