FPSO Operations Lead

Airswift is searching for an FPSO Operations Lead to work with a leading company in the Oil & Gas sector on a major offshore development project. This is a third‑party contractor position on a 12‑month contract, with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities

• Act as the operations representative within the FPSO project team to embed operational requirements into design, construction, and execution phases
• Ensure operational readiness and support the transition from project execution into production operations
• Provide operational input throughout engineering, procurement, and construction activities
• Ensure operability, maintainability, and reliability of FPSO systems and interfaces
• Monitor and coordinate operations readiness activities across contractors and internal teams
• Support commissioning, startup, and early production phases
• Participate in HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA and other technical reviews
