About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Health Services Manager (HSM), the Frailty Coordinator provides leadership and support in the development, implementation, evaluation, and ongoing advancement of Early Mobility Programs and other initiatives identified by the Nova Scotia Health (NSH) Frailty Network and zone leadership. The Frailty Coordinator works closely with zone leadership teams, as well as other NSH zone leaders, coordinators, and the Frailty and Eldercare Network, to contribute to the development of provincial programs, policies, and processes related to frailty.
