What you’ll do

• Lead and develop the pricing team
• Ensure SLA compliance (turnaround times)
• Oversee quote quality and margin logic
• Handle escalations and complex scenarios
• Drive process improvements
• Report on performance and productivity
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Must have:
  • 4+ years in freight pricing
  • 2+ years leading teams
  • Strong knowledge of Air, Ocean & Inland
  • Advanced Excel
  • Advanced English
• Nice to have:
  • Experience in shared services or BPO
