Front Desk Agent - Full-Time Year-Round

Join our Hotel Operations team as a Front Desk Agent for Lizard CreekLodge & Slopeside Lodge. This is a front desk, guest facing position where
you will ensure the first line of contact with our guests is running smoothly.

Expectations &
Responsibilities:

· complete
hotel reservations, maintain current bookings and enforce cancellation policies

· complete
guest check-ins, room reservation modifications, and guest check-outs

· coordinate
with the maintenance and housekeeping team to ensure guest inquiries are
handled in timely fashion

· sell lift
tickets, ski/board repair packages, snow lessons, dinner reservations, spa
appointments, and any other hotel or ski packages as needed by the business
and/or guests
