Job Overview

Front Desk Agent – Pursuit Collection Jasper (Columbia Icefield, Jasper National Park)

• Pay: $18.50 per hour
• Housing & meals: $20 per day
• End‑of‑season retention bonus up to $1 per hour
• Full‑time, nights and evenings as needed
• On‑site living with three hot meals per day

Responsibilities

• Educate guests on Pursuit attractions and guide them through the purchasing process
• Provide a professional, friendly and efficient check‑in and check‑out process
• Answer and direct Columbia Icefield and Glacier View Lodge (GVL) phone calls and emails
• Coordinate efforts to accommodate guest requests
• Maintain cleanliness of GVL Lobby and Moraine Lounge
• Maintain inventory and order office supplies for GVL
• Operate the point‑of‑sale system accurately and manage cash, credit cards, and cash‑out forms
