Front Desk Analyst

In BYD we are looking for a Front Desk Analyst to be the first point of contact for our team, clients, and visitors. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily office operations while creating a welcoming and professional environment.

This is an Analyst role, aimed to candidates with no more than 2 years of experience in the mentioned experience. This role is not related with manufacture or sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and internal staff in a professional and courteous manner
• Manage incoming calls, correspondence, mail, and deliveries
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and oversee office supply management
• Provide administrative support to different departments
• Support vehicle-related documentation and coordination (driving skills are a plus)
