Key Responsibilities
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries; direct them to the appropriate department
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, resident information, and visitor logs
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to address resident needs
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage front desk cash handling
- Respond to resident requests, complaints, or emergencies promptly and escalate when necessary
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reporting
- Maintain the service standard and guest satisfaction as a priority

- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (hotel, serviced apartments, or residences preferred)
