Function as a Front of House Associate at Blyth Brewing, enhancing the guest experience through excellent service and product offerings. This role involves hosting, retail support, and customer engagement.
You’ll report directly to the Front of House Manager and play a vital role in welcoming guests, seating, and actively managing the merchandise area. Each day will include taking reservations and ensuring a clean, hospitable environment while being knowledgeable about Cowbell and Stirling Sands products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and seat guests with a professional demeanor
• Take dining reservations and relay pertinent details
• Maintain cleanliness of all guest areas
