Key Responsibilities Dealer Coverage: Visit 910 outlets daily to book orders, check stocks, and ensure product visibility. Order Booking & Execution: Capture orders using mobile apps/handheld devices; ensure sales of major SKUs. Payment Collection: Check dealer outstanding and collect payment from dealers through company QR code. Dealer Stock Checking: Scan and record dealer stocks through QR code in mobile app. Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and SKU coverage requirements. Promotions & Schemes: Promote products and schemes in dealer outlet. Reporting: Share competitor activity, outlet feedback, and sales data with supervisors. Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with dealers to drive loyalty and repeat sales. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 12th pass: graduates preferred.
