Role OverviewAs a member of the Global Operations Equipment group, you will lead material availability projects to ensure the production process is continuously supplied with materials.You will drive improvements in supplier on‐time delivery and material availability, collaborate with internal customers and key stakeholders, and develop and execute process improvement plans for critical suppliers.Key ResponsibilitiesLead material availability projects to keep production continuously supplied with materials.Improve supplier on‐time delivery (OTD%) and material availability by reducing overdue and late purchase orders.Use analytical and problem‐solving skills to develop and execute objectives for yourself and others, achieving short‐term and long‐term business goals.Coordinate and facilitate critical material and parts needs for WABTEC freight and mining production sites and prioritize those needs for critical suppliers.Facilitate production allocation with key suppliers as needed.Dri...
