Full Charge Bookkeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Specialist to join one of our clients finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for full-cycle accounting activities, including month-end and year-end processes, accounts payable and receivable, payroll administration, bank reconciliations, government remittances, and intercompany reconciliations. Experience with U.S. and Canadian customs and duties is essential, as the company regularly works with customs brokers and freight forwarders.

Key responsibilities:

Perform general ledger account analysis and manage month-end and year-end closing procedures through preparation of the trial balance.

Prepare and post monthly accruals, adjusting journal entries, and year-end supporting schedules.

Process accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
