Job Summary We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Full-Time Bilingual Removal Defense Paralegal for our 100% remote team. This role focuses strictly on Immigration Court (EOIR) proceedings . The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of intensive experience managing court deadlines and filings. Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Key Responsibilities EOIR Filings: Prepare, format, and file complex motions (e.g., Change of Venue, Continuance, Reopen), pleadings, and pre-hearing briefs with the Immigration Court.
