In this permanent position, you will engage in intensive case management for individuals experiencing severe mental illnesses. Your responsibilities include crisis intervention, counselling, and medication management, alongside providing valuable community education and advocacy. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct intensive case management for mental health clients
