Cambrian College seeks a full-time Employment Consultant to enhance client outcomes starting June 2026. Engage in career guidance, job placements, and personalized service plans for Employment Options clients.
This role requires a minimum of three years in career counseling, job placement, and workshop delivery. You'll conduct client intake interviews to assess needs and develop tailored service plans, while continuously tracking progress and making adjustments. The position involves liaising with employers and community services to facilitate client employment opportunities and ensure program effectiveness.
