Elevate event planning at the Stratford Festival in Ontario as a full-time Events Manager. Be the key player in logistics and service coordination.
Join the Stratford Festival team and take a lead role in organizing and executing diverse events across our venues. You'll be responsible for managing all details from initial inquiries through to event completion. Collaboration is key, as you will work with the culinary and service teams to ensure preparations are perfect and guests enjoy an outstanding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate event bookings with internal and external clients
• Create comprehensive event contracts and communication plans
• Manage logistical details including food orders and timelines
• Train staff on event execution and customer service standards
• Monitor events post-execution to gather feedback
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in Food & Beverage or Hospitality
• 2-4 years of related industry experience required
