Take charge of resident safety as Southbridge Roseview’s IPAC Lead in Thunder Bay, Ontario. This full-time role focuses on infection prevention and fostering a culture of safety within the facility.
Reporting to the Regional IPAC Specialist, the IPAC Lead is responsible for implementing and enhancing infection control systems. With a commitment to evidence-based practices and community health, you will guide training initiatives and lead outbreak management efforts. Ideal candidates will bring both experience and passion for healthcare improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement infection prevention protocols across the residence
• Manage communication with public health on outbreaks
• Oversee staff training on infection practices
• Conduct regular audits on compliance standards
• Facilitate research to establish best practices

• RN/RPN degree or similar healthcare qualification preferred
