Full Time Receptionist/Project Administrator Needed in Mississauga!
Days Shifts
8am-5pm Monday to Friday
$22hr-$26hr

Responsibilities
Generating and distributing memos, letters, invoices, bills, spreadsheets, forms and faxes;
Sorting and distributing incoming mail/packages;
Answer, and direct phone calls;
Schedule and confirm appointments;
Oversees and reply to e-mail correspondences and distributes to the appropriate parties.
Provide basic bookkeeping services as needed, including data entry & invoicing.
Prepare invoicing, tender excel files
Requirements
– 1-2 years experience working as an Administrator
– Proficient in Microsoft Programs
– Experience using QuickBooks is an asset
– Experience in Restoration or Construction is an asset
– Available to work full time long term
