Lead the security operations at CF Shops at Don Mills, Toronto, with Paladin Security. This full-time role requires proactive protection and incident response within a vibrant shopping environment.
As a Security Team Lead, you will manage a team of security personnel, ensuring safety compliance and maintaining effective communication. Your strong leadership and interpersonal skills will be vital in driving a safe shopping experience across the site. Besides daily operations, this role will also involve writing reports and investigating incidents as they arise.
