Join Lake Shore Gold as an Underground Supervisor at the Bell Creek Mine in Timmins, Ontario. This is a full-time position focusing on driving compliance and excellence in mining operations.
As an Underground Supervisor, you will manage 12-hour shifts on a 5-5-4 rotation, overseeing critical operations and ensuring all health and safety regulations are met. You will coordinate employee training, assign tasks, and promote a safety-first culture to meet production goals efficiently.
