Your Role in a Nutshell

We’re looking for a Functional IT Analyst/BA within the scope of a client project – the resource must be fluent in French , can be fully remote or hybrid in the Montreal region , and be authorized to work in Canada.

A Day in the Life

• Determine customer requirements following needs analysis meetings.
• Design and propose solutions.
• Produce and update functional analysis documentation.
• Propose recommendations taking into account business needs, architecture, existing applications, costs, and their impact on processes.
• Assist in defining the technology roadmap.
• Participate in the evaluation of the time and budget of initiatives.
