A top Canadian real estate investment firm is hiring a Funding Associate for its Multifamily Mortgages team in Toronto, Ontario. You will manage apartment term and construction loans from setup to closing. The ideal candidate has strong mortgage funding experience, specifically with CMHC-insured transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary contact for internal and external partners during funding.
• Document Review: Review solicitor files to ensure alignment with commitments, CMHC policies, and company guidelines.
