Title: GAIN Community Team Occupational Therapist
Type: Part-Time Permanent (On-site)
Hours: 14 to 21 hours per week
Compensation: $40 per hour
Reports To: Director of Care Services

Position Summary
The Occupational Therapist in the GAIN Community Team is responsible for providing assessments using standardized tools and clinical judgment, and developing interventions for older adults affected by the emotional, psychological, and physical impacts of aging.
