**What will I be doing?**

We are currently seeking an **Assistant Director of Sales (Conference & Events)** to join our team.
This senior role supports the Director of Sales and is responsible for leading all sales activities related to group rooms, meetings, banquets, and events. The position plays a key role in driving revenue growth while building long-term relationships with clients.

+ 団体・会議・宴会・イベントセールスのチームマネジメント
+ ホテルのマーケティング／コマーシャル戦略に基づくセールス戦略の策定・実行
+ 客室・会議・宴会・イベント収益の最大化
+ セールスチームによる案件獲得・成約までの支援および進捗管理
+ 主要顧客（キーアカウント）の管理および長期的な関係構築
+ 市場動向・競合・業績分析に基づく戦略調整
+ オペレーション、マーケティング、レベニューマネジメント部門との連携
+ 見積書・契約書の管理および顧客フォローアップ
+ 予算策定、フォーキャスト、事業計画への参画
+ 主要顧客・パートナー・VIPへのホテル代表対応
