客室およびパブリックエリアの清掃品質を維持・向上するため、ハウスキーピング業務全体の管理・監督をご担当いただきます。

You will be responsible for managing and supervising all housekeeping operations to maintain and enhance the cleanliness standards of guest rooms and public areas.

+ 客室および館内の清掃状況のチェック・品質管理
+ ハウスキーピングスタッフの指導・教育・業務指示
+ スタッフのシフト管理および勤怠管理
+ 清掃用品・リネン類の在庫管理および発注
+ 客室のステータス管理およびフロントとの連携
+ 衛生・安全基準の遵守および改善活動
+ クレーム対応およびサービス品質の向上
+ ブランドスタンダードに基づいた客室環境の維持

+ Inspect and ensure the cleanliness and quality of guest rooms and public areas
+ Supervise, train, and assign tasks to housekeeping staff
+ Manage staff schedules and attendance
+ Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and linens, and handle ordering
+ Manage room status and coordinate with the Front Office
