ホテルの宴会・イベント部門を統括し、ヒルトンの基準に沿った高品質なサービスと効率的な運営を通じて、ゲストに印象的なイベント体験を提供していただきます。
現場オペレーションの管理に加え、スタッフ育成やサービス品質の向上にも主体的に取り組んでいただきます。

You will oversee the hotel’s banquet and events division, delivering memorable event experiences to guests by ensuring high-quality service and efficient operations in line with Hilton standards.
In addition to managing on-site operations, you will proactively engage in staff development and continuous improvement of service quality.
