Light & Wonder is seeking a Field Service Technician to support gaming operations in Peterborough, Campbellford, Cobourg, & Belleville. This role focuses on the maintenance and repair of electronic gaming devices.
In this customer-oriented position, you will oversee the performance of Electronic Gaming Machines (EGMs) and Electronic Table Games (ETGs), implementing preventative maintenance strategies and conducting thorough diagnostics. You will also troubleshoot issues while ensuring compliance with the Gaming Commission’s regulations. Daily documentation and adherence to safety protocols are critical aspects of this role.
