Description

Payroll & Compliance (Core) Ensure full compliance with Mexican labor laws, tax, social security (IMSS, INFONAVIT, etc.) and payroll regulations. Support end-to-end payroll preparation, checking, submission and reconciliation with local finance or payroll vendor. Maintain employee records, contracts, and documentation legally and accurately. Recruitment Support Execute full-cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, offer preparation and onboarding. Cooperate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs efficiently. Conduct basic onboarding and orientation for new hires. HR Policy & System Setup Assist in establishing, updating and implementing local HR policies (attendance, leave, welfare, discipline, etc.). Build and maintain standardized HR processes and filing systems. Support HR data statistics, reports and process optimization. General HR Support Handle employee inquiries, leave management, labor relations and daily HR administration.
