Gardener / Landscape Maintenance Crew Lead

The Role:

As a Crew Lead, you will be the heartbeat of our field operations. You’ll lead a small team (1–2 gardeners) to maintain and evolve beautiful outdoor spaces. This is a hands‑on role for someone who loves working outdoors and takes pride in high‑quality horticultural work.

Core Responsibilities:

• Horticultural Care: Perform expert weeding, pruning, dead‑heading, and grooming of garden beds.
• Plant Management: Dividing, transplanting, and the care of bedding plants and containers.
