About the Role

Sakura Gardens is seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to oversee garden maintenance and installation projects. This hands‑on role involves supervising a small crew (2-5 members), ensuring work quality, and providing excellent client service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside the team in tasks like planting, pruning, mulching, and garden installations.
• Operate landscaping tools and equipment (e.g., trimmers, blowers, small machinery).
• Manage site setup, including digging, planting, occasional flagstone and 2-man armour stone installations.
• Oversee daily tasks, ensuring safety standards and quality results.
• Train new team members and maintain a positive work environment.
• Coordinate schedules, track projects, and use job management software.
• Communicate with clients and address inquiries professionally.
