Key responsibilities include:
Lead, mentor, and develop frontline team members, fostering a positive, inclusive, and performance‑driven culture
Build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
Under the direction of the Gas Bar Manager, the Supervisor will assist Responsible forwith talent management processes for their respective team members
Ordering and receiving of products
Ensure compliance with fuel handling regulations, hazardous goods requirements, and safety and health legislation
Manage inventory for fuel, convenience store products, supplies, and propane exchange—ensuring accuracy, availability, and asset protection
Qualifications:
Grade 12 diploma or equivalent 
Strong understanding of fuel handling regulations, workplace safety, and operational best practices
