This position is responsible for overseeing the Spain and Portugal region, providing support across both countries and the SCS and SP business units. The role operates across multiple core team processes, ensuring efficient execution and strong cross‑functional collaboration.
He/She also manages internal and external customer inquiries and responses regarding issues affecting the cash application process.

- Perform detailed analysis to support decision‑making.

- Handle refund management processes.
- Execute mass case applications.
